Library 101 Class on April 5

(March 19, 2012) Knowledge Management’s Knowledge Is Power education series, held in conjunction with the Ochsner Learning Network, goes back to basics next month with Library 101. Reference and Document Delivery Librarian Judith Gardner, MLIS, AHIP, will take participants on a 1-hour tour of the resources the Ochsner Medical Library & Archives offers.

Topics will include how to use the library’s online catalog to locate materials, how to request literature searches and document delivery through interlibrary loan, what electronic resources are available beyond electronic journal articles, and what professional support services and resources the library can provide.
