The Anesthesiology Department at Ochsner offers consultations concerning the comprehensive management of all anesthetic care for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. It also provides both preoperative and postoperative care, including pain therapy. Services offered through the department include general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care; acute pain management; and critical care.
