8th Annual New Orleans Aeroallergen Course

 Learning Objectives:

                        After successfully completing this course, attendees will be able to:

                        1.   Describe the lifecycle, modes of transport, reproduction, and methods of dispersal of

                              aeroallergens.

                        2.   Categorize the various classes of airborne allergens to be found in ambient air.

                        3.   Recognize diurnal, seasonal, and weather-induced patterns of allergen incidence.

                        4.   Describe the health effects, which may result from exposure to airborne allergens.

                        5.   Practice hands-on application of acquired knowledge within the course, with   availability of   

                              expert assistance
