Mid-Level Preceptorship Opportunities at Ochsner

The Physician Assistant (PA) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) preceptorship programs at Ochsner will allow a PA student and graduate-level nursing student (pursuing the nurse practitioner or clinical nurse specialist role) to work closely with a physician or mid-level provider as he/she develops the clinical expertise for a beginning role as a PA or APRN. The length of the preceptorship will be determined by the designated number of hours prescribed by their academic program.
